FSUIPC.DLL Problem on Windows Vista

alright, i dun think there is a problem because of vista... FSUPIC just doesn't work, i get a message that it won't run with fs2004 version 9.1 (which i updated it to but instead it needs the older vrson which is 9.1...... now wat do i do?

check for the newer FSUIPC...or the older FS2004.....
wont work unless u change one thing!
